3. Take 10 to 15 digital pictures of the location from multiple angles. If possible aerial views and short digital video clips showing the location, existing signage and nearby traffic flow will help us expedite and process your application faster.
    
4. Submit the complete application, digital pictures and $499 processing fee via email. Please note that processing usually takes 10 to 14 business days. Once your application is approved, your sign is permitted and we have signed our agreement we will refund the $499 processing fee. If you are a school, church or religious organization or a non-profit group please call us directly. We offer special programs.
    
5. Once your application has been approved we will contact you to schedule a Physical On-Site Evaluation with our local representative and product specialist to gather the final details and information to submit to the municipality for permitting.
    
6. Once you have received your permits from the city we will finalize our specifications for manufacturing and get to work building your digital sign(s). Typical deliver and installation timelines range from 6 weeks to 12 weeks but depend on several factors.
